One good thing I appreciated about this hotel was that the rooms were clean and the staff were polite. Another plus point was the availability of amenities. I noticed that the location was convenient as it seemed to be in a good spot.

There were a few negative aspects to my experience at this hotel. the hallways were quite hot and could benefit from some air conditioning units to make them more comfortable.

The hotel staff was cordial and willing to help guests, making the stay a pleasant experience. the room was spick and span with all basic amenities in place ' comfort. the location was ideal for both French and English-speaking guests. the hotel's serene ambiance made it a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Room service was quite slow, but this fact can be overlooked because of the quality of service provided by the courteous staff.
